NFL Pulls a FIRST!
The NFL pulled a FIRST!!! ... The Texans will NOT be playing the Cowboys this year at all. Because of the team pairing algorithm I'll have to wait up to 3 years to guarantee this game. How could you do this? This is so, so, so FIRST-ish!!!
The above is my status on facebook. Somebody told me to post on CD. Some of you older people might get a good laugh. For those that don't get it the catch phrase is "team pairing algorithm."
When Houston Texans became the second Texas NFL team, the NFL decided to have a match between them and the Cowboys every year. The NFL hoped it would become a big instate rivalry but unfortunately, this was not the case so next year, Dallas and Houston will not have a single game - during or before.
