Go to Post Engineering rules of thumb don't form the garbage that goes into the making of the robot. They take the garbage of the real world and turn it into more pure, if slightly diluted, data. - DampRobot [more]

I think this is the most underrated robot of the 2009 season. its fast, it can score, and it looks like a popcorn machine.

I say this now . . this robot will be the 3rd alliance member of the winning alliance at the championship.

I've been watching the NASA channel and FIRST since Feb and team 704 looks like it could be very underrated. They seem to have good offensive capability as well as a good defensive team. They also do well in alliances, good collaboration and teamwork.

I read that this is their first time to go to the Championship so they are somewhat unknown but they should not be over looked.

They look like a team to watch.

Wow I really wished more teams had read these two threads prior to the Championship. We went in and did our very best and would have LOVED to have been a 3rd team on an alliance, it just didn't work out that way. Thanks for the great comments. Keep an eye on us, I have a strong feeling we will be repeaters!

Thank you for the compliments, they are truly appreciated. Our Team was amazing at Houston and had our eye on the prize in Atlanta. It was our first time to go to the Championship, however it won't be the last. Keep an eye out for us.
