Robot trophies for team members

We would like to hand out award trophies to team members at our end of year celebration dinner. Most I've seen are sports related, or corporate.

Has anyone seen a vendor that sells mechanical-style trophy designs?

Re: Robot trophies for team members

My team has been doing this for several years now. The trophies are made by the team, using whatever materials are available in quantity after the season. This has resulted in some memorable designs, each generally connected in a recognizable way to that year's FRC game.

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

Re: Robot trophies for team members

You could always do a plaque. Or see if you can get a custom design on a trophy.

A personal favorite one from the Beach'Bots was the "Wooden Flower" award given to the wife of our WFFA winner in 2005. We arranged with a relative of a team member who carves wood as a hobby for that one.
