any biomechanical/biomedical engineers?

Posted by Scott England at 04/23/2001 3:38 PM EST

College Student on team #401, The Hokie G.U.A.R.D, from Virginia Tech/MCPS and Virginia Tech/VBEP.

I'm just curious, of everyone that reads this part of delphi's great page, are there any professional engineers that work in biomechanics or any sort of biomedical engineering? If so, I'm just curious what companies hire them, if any FIRST sponsors do. I'm an Engineering Science and Mechanics student at Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Biomechanics. I'm kinda thinking either Baxter Healthcare, or in a dream world Deka might be look for this specialty, but I'm curious what some actual engineers know that I might not.
Thanks,
Scott
