Non functional decorations are usually allowed however...

Do you really mean "nonfunctional" , or decorative?
If you don't want to power it, then it may be possible as long as it is just for looks. However if you want to power it, the only legal way Is via a hitechnic prototyping board. Any other form of power is illegal. |

i think they would let you use it if its for decoration, but if it is at all active or able o be activated, then no. hi phil
