OK. As of the time/date of this posting, here's what I've got from going through this thread:
 45 Teams have appliedThey are team #'s - 27, 45, 47, 67, 68, 79, 92, 171, 179, 217, 233, 234, 245, 254, 269, 330, 365, 399, 694, 714, 829, 868, 890, 1024, 1094, 1124, 1155, 1529, 1538, 1625, 1646, 1646, 1649, 1675, 1718, 1747, 1816, 1884, 1902, 1923, 2081, 2194, 2199, 2753, 2970 Some interesting factoids: Farthest distance (approx. mileage) Team #1884 (London) - 3981 miles Followed by the California teams - #254 (1941 miles); #330 (1822 miles); #890 (1812 miles); #399 (1789 miles); #1538 (1787 miles). Next are the Florida teams - #179 (954 miles); #233 (852 miles); #70 (827 miles); #1902 & #1649 (826 miles). So far there are: 5 teams from CA; 1 from CT; 1 from DE; 5 from FL; 2 from IL; 10 from IN; 1 from the UK; 1 from MD; 7 from MI; 1 from MN; 1 from MO; 2 from NJ; 2 from NY; and 6 from WI.  WOW!!Good Luck to everyone on receiving an invitation and a special GOOD LUCK to the IRI decision making committee!   Who to choose?

As of May 4th (around noon), here is an official list of teams who have applied thus far:

1884 has now submitted. Still looking for all the money to make the trip, have some hope it can get knocked loose. LON-IND flights are not cheap! You think we can take the robot as a carry on?
