Dean and the patent system
Below is a link to a short video on the value of the patent system, featuring Dean. They said this has been broadcast on PBS but I have never seen it. Nice concise explanation of the value of patents.
Dean also recently testified before Congress voicing his opposition to the Patent Reform Act that is being currently being debated in Congress. Below also is a link about his testimony.
