Student Adopted from Liberia Talks About FIRST
This season our team had the wonderful addition of two students who were adopted from a Liberian orphanage just over two years ago. They have enjoyed learning many new skills, and were both awesome human players, scoring lots and lots of moon rocks. In this video one of them shares his inspiring story, and at around the 8min point tells how he enjoyed participating in FIRST this season. They both have a really amazing story, and brought a very high energy level to the team. It really shows how far reaching an effect FIRST has, and the opportunities that can be realized through such an amazing program.
