. I can't tell you how many times pulling Robot Rock on my iPod has gotten me pumped for a match. Plus, you know, techno and robots go together.
Otherwise, the music should preferably be intense, energetic, and stuff. That's part of why I think hard rock / metal works better than pop. Stuff like Thunderstruck's more exciting than stuff like (insert most popular music). Some hip-hop works, preferably if it's more "rock" and less hypnotic / same thing over and over again.
Also, I'm in the minority here, but do we really need the Cha-Cha Slide playing during a match? That really does nothing to contribute to a match's excitement, and it really only makes sense in time-outs.
