Nick,

Thanks for the links, but please don't assume that people haven't searched before posting, or that searching before posting this type of question is a necessity. In the broad category of "wireless communication problems" there are tons of situations, and wading through literally hundreds of posts is often pointless, when someone (in this case, perhaps an FTAA or FTA) knows the answer.

Further, we have spent quite a while attempting to adjust the settings on both the WGA and the WRT, thus far with no success. One of the questions the OP asked was, "And at what point do we stop troubleshooting and start buying a new radio?" If the radio's capability of sending out wireless signals is gone, no amount of messing with settings will do anything.

Re: Wireless not working after competition

Did you try resetting it to zero with the small button on it's back?

If yes, try doing it again while it is connected to the router, and than reboot both of them to the state in which they came in the kits. That did the job for us...

Re: Wireless not working after competition

We were having problems too, I don't know what the above poster was referring to but at our regional they had to change our security settings. I would just go through the manual from start to finish, it helped with our problem. If you don't get it to work let me know.

Re: Wireless not working after competition

As they said, do a hard reset of your gaming bridge. Hold the reset button down for 30 seconds. That will reset the adapter's IP address to 192.168.1.250. Go into your computer and set your IP to 192.168.1.6 and type in the address above. The password and user name are admin. Then just set the IP and gateway for your router. Gaming bridge is 10.xx.yy.1 and router is 10.xx.yy.4. Of couse xx and yy are your team number.

Re: Wireless not working after competition

2052 is experiencing the same issue. We will try a few of these solutions tomorrow and report back.
