I don't think we could pool enough money to get a flagpole and concrete etc. to put it up, but we sure could try =) and i don't really know how much it would cost...
messing with the lockers is also strictly forbidden, one of the sophomores decided to show some very untrustworthy freshmen how to break in to the lockers and several electronic devices were stolen (and a pair of shoes iirc >.<) and never recovered so any locker-related inconveniences are bad.
