Go to Post To me, every robot is a moving mechanical art form, a sculpture made of aluminum, motors and gears, and I think that soon we will be seeing those art forms involved in some of the most fantastic robotic "dances" that any of us have ever seen - DougHogg [more]

Do you have a flat, or other type of indexing thing to keep the two eccentrics aligned with each other?
The bolt it self has a flat milled down it's length. Each cam has a "d" hole.

Nice! What's it take to change out that center wheel?
Each wheel can be removed through the pocket. the openings are larger on the bottom to facilitate sprockets or other drive components. The center shaft is held in place with snap rings. Once the outside ring is removed the wheel is free to lift out....provided you've removed the chains.

There is no doubt this is a challenging chassis to assemble initially, but I'm hoping to be able to offer it much cheaper than the Universal Chassis. It has many of the same features and is "rock solid" once it is assembled.
