Chris has it partially correct --

The school district wants to take our funding from our corporate sponsor and start a different program with it. Luckily it is not their money to spend it the robotics teams'.

And our principal is actually highly supportive of our team, he just doesn't have a say on if the district *attempts* to take our money. Also we have the entire city council on our side!

Wow...I'm sorry to the district board but that is just about the rudest thing I've heard. I mean you guys got that money, not the districts...but it seems that you guys have it under control.
