Go to Post Place a corner of it on the end of a table, clamp down the other side, and have a good whack at it with a hammer (hard). If it didn't break, it was polycarbonate. - vivek16 [more]

Version 2.0.50215 of the .NET Framework is outdated (and from what I've come across in a Google search, seems to be a beta version released in autumn, 2005). I'd recommend going to www.windowsupdate.com and updating your system.

If that doesn't work for you (slow Internet connection, or other reason), you can download the latest .NET Framework 2 release and I'd recommend getting the Service Pack 1 as well.

May not fix the problem: other people seem to have reported the error, so I don't think the DLL is corrupted. But if you're interested in using such a cleaning tool, I'd recommend the free CCleaner.
