Re: 2009 IRI Final Results

I guess its weird that the thing making me so happy right now is the fact that I know most of those teams/people personally, and have had the pleasure of working with them. Congrats to all and especially from me to Tyler Moser and 1771. You had one helluva weekend.

Re: 2009 IRI Final Results

I can't believe your team either. You guys built in my opinion the best scoring machine in Lunacy; I was rooting for you guys the whole time because IMO you guys had an Einstein caliber robot and got upset in the Newton semis by an equally fine alliance. Figured you guys could take IRI

I really wish I could have gotten letters in time for the IRI scholarship. Though seeing the winners come up as kind of a "who's who" of FIRST seniors was really neat.

Re: 2009 IRI Final Results

it was indeed nice to see the seniors. its nice to recognize all the people who have come through the first program.

this has been the first year the cybercards have received an award at all. We recieved the judges award at the boilermaker regional. Then and at IRI, the announcing of our team number and name almost comes as a surprise. But it shows that when you work your butt off and put your heart into robotics and FIRST, it really does pay out. I am beyond excited for school to start, so I can show my principle what our team has accomplished.

My thanks goes out to all of the judges.

You guys are incredibly helpful. You opened up your shop/field so we could practice as a tune-up for IRI, AND you guys helped us fix our robot when the bottom roller got horribly bent on saturday at IRI. Give your team an extra bucket-ful of thanks from 1675.

Congrats to all the winners!
