The world is full of senseless violence. Not just senseless in that it holds no reason, but also that it clouds every sense an individual possesses.
From what I've read above, Glenn was an exceptional person. If anyone, he as a member of FIRST knew the value of progressing altogether rather than competing to be on top. From this naive competitiveness stems hatred, from which violence originates.
My deepest sympathies go to Glenn's family, friends, and colleagues.
And here's to working towards a peace and unity between everyone, within our lifetimes, keeping Glenn and all others in our hearts and memories.
