NJ Java Survey in FIRST Forums

Hi All,
I have asked for a show of hands as to how many are interested in Java in NJ in the FIRST Forums:
<http://forums.usfirst.org/showthread.php?t=12876>

Beta teams are required to use the FIRST forums as our primary communication medium, so please reply there.

Thanks
Jim O'Malley

Chris Gregory of 1089 got in touch with me and is interested in collaborating, the specific details are TBD. We'll both be interacting with everyone, of course, but it is nice to know there is another team in driving distance in case things get

Re: NJ Java Survey in FIRST Forums

As a strange co-incidence, the very first time I saw an FRC team and robot was around 2000 in a store-front on Main St in Somerville, NJ. It was very cool, and the team did a nice job explaining what was going on. I certainly never expected to be part of team porting Java to RC robots!

I'm not in NJ anymore, but there is a NJ-Java connection
