Go to Post Pro safety tip: put a string through coil springs that is tied off securely on the robot frame. This will help prevent the spring from jumping out and killing an inspector if it snaps. - Ninja_Bait [more]

iwanttodunk is on a distinguished road
[OCCRA]: specifacations on rules

Question.

The vex game platform. Is it even with the trough or is the trough lower than the playing field for the vex if so what is the hight of that lip or edge . Also how high is the lip on the lip on the edge of the vex playing field. Then just to make sure. Are the balls on the vex field elevated (such as being on pedistals or something) or are they resting on the ground?

Also.

Can we switch vex's in the middle of a compition if we build 2? Can we use the first robot for the compition and for certian rounds switch that vex out for a different robot for certian rounds?

To add more.

To what extent are we allowed to block the other vex and big robot?

And

Can we block a vex robot with ours without pinning them?

And lastly.

Can we block a shot without touching the robot?

and to clerify your answer. the new dimensions for the vex robot is 18x18x22?

More questions will probly come later.

Can we use a HUD?
(i know we can use them for first but can we use it for occra?)

Also this year.
Can we use a laser? (something such as a laser pointer)

both these would be for targeting.
