are we allowed to use a heads up disply:
Meaning we get a camra on the robot and use a live feed to a laptop on the drivers station.

See appendix B...... there is a limitation of $40.00 on a single item. I do not think you can get a laptop or camera for $40.00. If so I want 10 please!
