Great point/topic. I agree that we all need to adapt to the changes, but we also have to remember that there are 2 sides to every coin. Some of these mentors’ lives have been turned upside down over the past year. Many have lost jobs or had their jobs severely impacted by the recession. To them FIRST is the only normal thing they have & that is changing. We all need to keep GP in mind, especially in these times of change and trouble. Most people can be at their best under normal conditions. It is when things around you seem to be falling apart that you need to be at your best. |
