Good Luck to everyone who applies!
Thanks Chris. As mentioned earlier, we think that the grant program for this year will have something of potential interest for almost every FRC team. We put the "Sustaining Grant" program in place this year to address a specific problem that teams have been telling us about since last winter. Particularly given the FIRST organization's myopic obsession with growth, we were concerned that no one was going to address assisting the existing struggling teams with finding a way to survive. We know that many long-term teams are concerned about their ability to survive in the current economic environment, and we wanted to do something to help with at least the most dire situations. We hope this will help.

Re: NASA FRC grants 2009-2010 ??

As of last night, it would seem the account ARC-FRCGrants@nasa.gov does not exist. Is this address correct?

Also, I might as well ask my question here. Does the requirement to demonstrate $6000 in existing funding apply to all the grants, and to veteran teams?

Dave can better answer this than I, but each time I've completed a NASA grant app in the past all questions that appear to you, you need to answer unless it's specifically stated that the question doesn't apply to the type of grant you are applying for. However, I believe those questions' answer fields were "grayed out" last year when those situations arose. Not sure what it looks like this year though.
