[OCCRA]: EasyC Vex Upgrade for 2009 Season

Hello all...

First off, thanks again to everyone that came to the OCCRA Workshop this past Saturday. The turn out was great and hopefully it will help the teams as they being the design and building for the 2009 season.

For the teams that need to update their EasyC software to version 2.9.3.0 follow these steps:

Go to Intelitek's Download website - http://www.intelitekdownloads.com/easyCV2

Click on the first link at the top - Download easyC V2 - 2.9.3.0

Follow the instructions to install the software. Note: It will need to uninstall an old version before installing the new one. The installer will automatically save your old key and use it with the new software.

As we mentioned at the workshop, we have limited numbers of software keys for the league so please either reuse your laptop (or other computer) from last year or release the key to be used with another computer. If you have any questions about this process, please let me (or any of the OCCRA technical staff) know.

having trouble with software key, v 1.x installs, then downloaded 2.9.3, then asked for software key again.

did i miss a step?

Bernie,
The license code for the software disc that you have is for Version 1.0 and will not work for this year. We will be using Version 2.9.3.0 this year and it can be found and downloaded directly from the Intelitek website. Please email me directly for the EasyC V2 license code -- it is different than the V1 license you have it your hand. Also, remember to update the mastercode with the new version of EasyC -- controller will not work with new EasyC
until mastercode is updated.
