there is also going to be a special guest (or 2) attending the IRI.

Now it seems that there will only be 1 "special guest" at IRI....Do to circumstances this guest has to appear somewhere else..although i hear there is a slight chance he may be able to attend....

Hey Students - I think the maximum score is actually 85 to 85.
With "mini-me's", each robot could actually be in both ends of the playing field, scoring 80 robot points, plus 30 goal points, plus 40 ball points.......

It is true that the max qualifying score is 255 (85 * 3), although that would mean utilizing all 60 balls.

Not that you haven't done enough, but what about an alliance that ties the high score? What if both alliances have the high score (i.e. Match #1 was a tie 30-30?) Is this only for Qualifying rounds or does the code apply to eliminations as well?
