I wouldn't send it back its an easy fix if you have a dremel, however if you don't have a dremel or some kind of tool like it the fix wont be the easiest fix in the world. It took me all of 5 minutes to fix ours to cut the chain.
Here is a diagram that may help, there will be a better diagram of what I did to the break once i can get my hands on it again on wednesday. If the diagram doesn't help message me and i will try to explain what i did. I hope this helps Andrew Team 1902 |
