Michael was correct... we are going to have a remote kickoff in Kokomo, Indiana.

Teams will be able to come to Kokomo to view the satellite feed of the live kickoff, get their kits, and see a playing field.

According to FIRST, teams who wish to attend these remote kickoffs are still able to send two people to Manchester to see the real thing. But, they would have their kits shipped to the location where their team is attending a remote kickoff.

We are budgeting for about 20 teams to attend the Kokomo Kickoff. Currently, we have the capacity for about 250 people, which means 12-13 people per team could attend.

We just got confirmation yesterday afternoon. Stupid me... I posted the info on this site before telling most of the team. A few of us have been working on this for a couple of weeks, and we just now realized that it is going to happen.

For the rest of you... learn from my mistake and let your team know what is going on before you go and post something on the CD Forums.
