Is there an ArcTan function in PBasic?

If there is, the problem of finding ArcSin and ArcCos can be calculated using ArcTan by using:

ArcSin(x) = ArcTan (x / sqrt(1 - sqr (X)))
ArcCos(x) = ArcTan (sqrt(1 - sqr (X)) / x)

Of course, this assumes that there is a sqrt(x) function in PBasic as well.
