I haven't seen much evidence of success on the Autodesk site yet. Personally have been trying to create a team space to enable our team to start downloading software . . . and failing.
Sent an e-mail to support today by selecting "support center" from the "discuss" menu item. From there select "send a request" which is on the far right of the screen. Good luck  . I am expecting they will get it sorted out soon.
