Kickoff and NASA TV

I am looking for some information on the broadcast of the kickoff on NASA TV. We are planning on a local kickoff and would like to get the video off of satellite instead of a webcast. I found this webpage about NASA TV, but I am not sure which program to expect the kickoff on. The Education Program (102) seems the most likely, but I am hoping someone could confirm this for me.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's been on the "Public" channel in the past.
