Aaron Lussier is a splendid one to behold

sleep habits

During school non-build period:

Wake up at 6:00 go to bed at around 10:00

During school build period:

Wake up at 6:00 go to school then stay at FIRST till two or three in the morning only to wake up at six again

Summer:

Wake up at 2:00 PM go to bed by 2:00 AM
