2010 will be the year of...
This year will be the year when...
We see volunteers being even more knowledgeable and even better trained. CDM will overflow with pictures of teams inspiring people, everyone from 4 yr olds to CEOs. Teams will ALL submit a Woodie Flowers Nomination. Students will thank their mentors for inspiring them. Mentors will thank their students for inspiring them. Teams will cheer for everyone. Teams will interact. Finally (for me) this will be the year that every single team goes out and is proud of their accomplishments. We may not all walk away with banners and medals or the title of champion but who cares? Every single team that competes did something awesome, I am more wowed every year by one rookie team going against the odds to compete than I am by 67, 217, 1114, 968, 254, 330, 68 and 2056 COMBINED.
