It does seem to be zoomed up a lot. Concerning the little unused holes on the sheeting....There is one right above the curved bottom, one at the very top of the random bump, and one at the top of each side of the "wings". I would hope that these holes will be used, but I haven't the faintest idea what they would be used for, other than attaching other parts.

Assuming it's 1/4" lexan, the width should be 8-9 inches, so the length is about 12-14?
