Wow, that's a really cool looking arm! Any more details on this? Was the arm itself custom made or built from a kit?

I would say that based on the writings on the side of the arm that it was assembled from a kit.

The arm was sitting in my team coach's closet for ten+ years, from a robotics class that used to be taught at our school, and he allowed us to rewire it and hook it up to our robot chassis from 2008.
