Question About the Tower

On the towers, there is a horizontal bar below where the soccer ball go. I have looked through the technical drawings and cannot find the distance between the top bar and this lower bar. Does anyone know the exact distance? It's on page 4 of the attachment and I think my description was rather lousy. Thanks!

Your description was fine. I looked at the pdf, and also in the manual. I think it is safe to estimate the height, since you aren't allowed to touch that bar anyway. I'd estimate that the bottom of the bar is about an inch +11/16" above the bottom of the vertical bar it is welded to. I'm basing this on the hole placement of the vertical bar (GE-10028-02 on pg 5) and the welding diagram front view on page 4 (Detail E)
