Where are Options

I'm sorry if this seems simple but I'm just curious where the Options is. (e.g. to change my signature)

User cp is where you'd go; it's in the orange bar at the top of every page. The left side has a line of things you can edit (signature, profile, password, etc.).

And some of those options are in the "Quick Links" menu in that same orange bar, towards the right.
