Is there any manual for attaching the chip to the breadboard and what pins go where?

That's the beauty of a breadboard, you can attach it the way that makes most sense for your team (and then rearrange it in a week when you have a better idea).

That being said, I did cover a little of that in my Driver's Station Presentation (Be sure to read to the end to get the latest version).

I find that pinout very helpful in the second presentation. Thank you so much for creating that. I do believe i am going to convince our mentors to buy the Carrier Board and enclosure too. Seems it offers a bit more protection and saves a bit of space.
