Where you "Cant" hang from

Hey guys, my team was trying to decide where exactly you can and cant hang from on the tower more importantly two specific areas, first is the platform itself and the second is that second lower bar on the alliance side on the tower labeled in drawing GE-10028 as GE-10028(4) support bottom. it would be really helpful to gain some insight to where you can and cannot hang considering the manual only specifies "black tape" as where you cant hang. Thanks a lot.
