We useually are:
Mon-Fri 3-6 Next week the kids have finals, so the times will be different. The last full week of the build is a winter break so the school is shut down and we are not sure what we are going to do to work on our robot that week. I wish we had longer meetings, or at least worked that first weekend after kickoff to get a robot design going.
