On the topic of pneumatics, they're easy to do. They just have to be wired up and set up correctly mechanically and think of it as a challenge to learn. They would be easier to work with in the long run.

(General statement) To me, it seems a lot of teams make "bad" decisions based upon preconceived notions and bad information. Not saying any of the ideas above are particularly bad, as Craig said, use JVN's WOT and try to input the best data that you can.

The only problem I had with pneumatics that I recall was at one of the meetings a mentor who had attended a seminar states that if we're only using it to power one thing its easier to just use something electrical

any thoughts on that?

I think this idea is genius. The only thing else I can ask for at this point is some pros and cons I can list about certain subjects I'm not well versed in so I can place them on the table
