programming cRIO

hey everyone,

this is kind of an inspecific question but i have gotten connections with the cRIO and the jaguar lights are solid yellow. i downloaded the builtin default code to the cRIO and it says it has robot code. however, the jaguars don't react to any of the joystick motions. what do i need to do to make the code work with the motor controllers? thanks everybody
