Ok, so I see all of this talk about FRC_2009_v19.zip but I cant seem to find this file anywhere, and the most updated file I have to Image our team's cRIO is v5... Where do I find FRC_2009_v19.zip? Thanks!

You'll need to install the mandatory LabVIEW update. Then, v.19 of the image will show up in the tool.

You should have all of these updates installed on your classmate and development PC. Hope this helps:
