Missing I/O files!

Sorry if this has already been solved, but it's almost midnight and my brain is crapping out on me.

So, when we got our Classmate it was already in a state where we needed to re-flash it, so we had the flashed version.

And now I can't seem to find the files for the I/O module.

Does anyone know if I'm just looking in the wrong place, or do I actually need to find it, or can anyone help me get the missing files?
