NinjaSpawn94 is an unknown quantity at this point

wqvtact.dll show up as a virus

Some of our programmers were fiddling around with the included programs, and when they tried to open up wqvtact (or wvqtact, can't remember which) the anti virus popped up and we can not open it. Any ideas on why, or how to stop it?
