Very nice, I love seeing shiny completed things done using a CNC machine. I'm also curious about the diameter of these wheels. They look pretty small, almost too small to be driving wheels.

If the floor tiles are 1 foot square each, then that puts the wheels at six inches in diameter and about 1.5 inches wide. With 22 wheels pictured (and 38 more coming?) it looks like over 300 pounds of aluminum stock is going into wheels. Yowza.
How many robots will be sporting these? |
