bumpers

Since were pursuing the 6WD articulated type drivebase in which the forward and aft wheels pivot about the center, we're concerned about how the bumper height might be interpreted while going over the bump. We're sure were legal on the flat surfaces, but since our drivebase wont be rigid as we go over the ramp, the height might not be the same as bots with rigid wheelbases.

Has anyone found a consensus about how what the rules are for the bumper zone while going over the bump? I just want to make sure that our kind of drivebase will be legal.
