Axiscamera.h not found

I was trying to build the camera example provided with the windriver frc examples and when ever i did it would come up with several errors, basically saying it can't find some .h file pathways and others don't exist. All help is much appreciated.

Re: Axiscamera.h not found

They are in a sub-directory so do this:

#include "Vision2009/AxisCamera.h"

Add #include "ErrorBase.h" right before #include "PCVideoServer.h"

Add #include "WPILib.h".

that did it for me.

BTW, Workbench capabilities helped me find these in about 2 minutes.
Double click on "ErrorBase" in the file PCVideoServer.h, then right-click, then scroll down to "Open Declaration".
That showed me where ErrorBase was declared.
For the Wait function call, tried the same thing and it wasn't found.
In that case, use search through workspace to find it.
In either case, verify that those include files were not included and then choose where to include them.
Workbench has very powerful code comprehension and navigation tools.
Use them.

It looks as though just including WPILib.h would have been sufficient, since it includes ErrorBase.h.
Workbench won't make these judgment calls for you, as illustrated here, one has to take the time choose the best remedy. ;-)

Re: Axiscamera.h not found

I wasn't aware of the various tools you were referring to I will be sure to use them in the future. I won't be able to test this until Monday but it looks as if I won't have any more problems. Thank you very much for the help.
