Axis camera on classmate

I was trying to run the target detection tests on the classmate but for some reason I couldn't connect to the camera

A few days ago we were trying out the camera and tracking system on our development laptop and it worked just fine. However due to some other problems we had to install everything on there, so that left only the classmate with the vision assistant. I'm using the same cable we used to connect to the other laptop and the camera works just fine forwarding images from the cRIO. I did set the 192 ip on the classmate for the camera and did try the camera setup tool, nothing seems to work. On a ping I get a "destination host unreachable" message

Don't forget that the driver station app sets the IP address for you to the appropriate one for being a Driver Station. Make sure your IP address change didn't get changed right back.
