The Business of FIRST – Curriculum and Resources?
One thing that I that would like to help do is put together an online course that covers the business side of starting, running and sustaining a successful FIRST team. What resources are already out there that cover the business side of FIRST? Topics that could be included in the curriculum include marketing (branding, public relations), operations (project management) and management (organizational structure, business planning). What other topics should be added to the curriculum?
A long term goal could be to have a curriculum which would be taught as a matriculated high school business class that uses the school's FRC team as a hands-on learning experience. Thoughts/suggestions?
