KOP laptop driver interface

i noticed that when you load up the driver user account that the files loaded are labview files. in this case, i should be able to move the user interface around and change some functions if i can just find those files. does anyone know where i can find it?

Re: KOP laptop driver interface

The bottom.. third-ish is the Driver Station portion. You cannot change that, that would be illegal.

The top two-thirds-ish, the part with the camera and the I reads, is editable. You can use LabVIEW to create a Dashboard project, and build it. We made ours bright yellow with purple boxes for the different sub systems, all yellow text on the purple boxes, and our logo. If you use LabVIEW, you can create a .ctl file with a cluster filled with all of the data that you need to pass (preferably in sub-clusters by sub-systems, and further subed as necessary to make it nice and neat) and copy it to your robot and dashboard projects. Then, once you swap the default controls and a few constants for them, you will be ready to go.
