Read the rules.


Sorry was annoyed. There are no additional points for autonomous. The cards just prevent you from playing the game, and do not take away points unlike penalties. Don't quote me on the cards, I would suggest reading the rules for that one. The rules on them are pretty clear, i just have a bad memory.
