I may be wrong about this, but I thought all the images were supplied on a 4GB USB memory stick.

No, and nobody should consider doing it. Your best option is to find a nearby team and borrow theirs.

Two DVDs of potatoes won't fit in a 4GB sack.

The USB flash drive supplied in the Kit of Parts has the files for reloading software onto the Driver Station. That's all it's really good for.
